Divorce Coaching
Divorce coaching is a flexible, goal-oriented process
designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help
them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their
particular interests, needs, and concerns. The key is to create a plan of
action that leaves you feeling confident and secure throughout the entire
process.
With twenty-five years of experience dealing with divorcing clients, I can help you to understand the process and set up a plan of action to help you feel secure and confident in your choices and decisions.

Modification & Contempt
Your marriage may be over, but troubles with your former spouse may not be. Life happens and everyone's situation changes. If you have experienced a job loss, disability, retirement, custody or visitation schedule no longer in the best interest of your children, a Modification may be warranted seeking to change existing orders and judgments, including custody, child support, and alimony. If your former spouse is no longer complying with the Divorce Judgment, a Contempt may be warranted. A Modification or Contempt takes place after the Divorce Judgment and involves any legal action on the part of either spouse taken to enforce or modify the Judgment of Divorce.
Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning
Everyone needs an estate plan to ensure your loved ones are taken care of even after you are no longer here to do so. From a simple estate plan such as Will, Healthcare Proxy and Durable Power of Attorney to a more complex estate plan including trusts, we will guide you through the process to determine what is best for your family.
